Pawn Scarpelli is a developmental therapist who has been working for Early Intervention for over 20 years. She loves working with families and children and loves to see the progression in each child and family. Pawn wanted to join the RTW so that she can make a contribution to helping children and families. In her spare time, she loves to cook for her family and friends, workout, and watch football with her husband and in-laws. She is married with 2 daughters, Kara (22), Maddie (20).
