Kathleen Mak is a Speech-Language Pathologist who has been working in Early Intervention for going on 20 years and currently owns and directs an EI agency with her husband Anthony. Throughout her practice Kathleen implements a holistic therapy approach by incorporating naturalistic teaching methods into therapy sessions to help support acquisition, growth and generalization of skills. Kathleen is passionate about involving the whole family in treatment and remains dedicated to educating, coaching and empowering families to use strategies in their home. Kathleen is excited to be a part of the RTW study in an effort to grow her clinical skill set but also to be involved in the process of researching and developing a new and effective diagnostic system. Kathleen is the proud mother of a 5 year old boy and 4 year old girl with whom she enjoys sharing her time baking, listening to music, being outdoors and traveling.
