Jennifer Crick is a developmental therapist who has been working in early intervention since 2005. She has worked on the Raising Illinois coalition and attends Quality Alliance Panel meetings with several representatives of organizations that work to ensure equity and access across a variety of early childhood programs throughout the state of Illinois. As the newly elected president of the Illinois Developmental Therapy Association, she is passionate about supporting families and strengthening caregiver competencies throughout their daily routines. She is excited to be a part of RTW and a part of the change to find a new diagnostic system which will increase equity and access across the state. Jen has three children ages 19, 17, and 16 and in her spare time enjoys watching them participate in their various sports and activities. She also enjoys reading, running, and walking her dog Bailey.
