
Alexandra Duchek, MS, CCC-SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist
Alex is an experienced Early Intervention Specialist who has been dedicated to helping young children since 2013. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Appalachian State University. Alex has honed her skills working in various settings – from homes to clinics and school-based environments. She feels passionate about working with the Early Intervention population and their families to create individualized programming, while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.
Alex is committed to her profession and is a certified member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. She is also a credentialed Early Intervention Specialist and Evaluator through the Illinois Early Intervention Program. She is excited to be a part of the RTW project to provide support to families sooner and improve the diagnostic process, long term, in Illinois.
Outside of work, Alex loves to explore new restaurants in Chicago, spend time with loved ones, create handmade products on Etsy, and travel the world.
